How do I return my purchase?

What if my purchase is damaged or faulty when it arrives?

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery, we offer a 100% refund. Please contact our support team at returns@epictravelshop.com and follow their instructions.

Is my purchase eligible for a return?

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How are shipping costs of returns handled?

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returns. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

How will my refund be processed?

  • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
